Psychotherapy & Meditation

Psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, couples, families, and groups

My therapeutic approach to working with anxiety, depression, and life transitions is to blend cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and mindfulness perspectives and tailor the needs of each therapy client with empathy and compassion.   I specialize in traditional talk therapy as well as mindfulness meditation with adolescents, adults, and in all forms of relationships in the Lexington area and across Massachusetts virtually. The heart of my practice is a mindfulness based foundation that incorporates a bio-psycho-social framework to contextualize how best to address human suffering.  With intention,  our therapeutic work will explore how to practice living a more authentic, healthy, gratifying, and meaningful life with more self-acceptance. My therapy office is bright, inviting, and located conveniently in Lexington center.

We think that the point is to pass the test to overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don’t really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together again and fall apart again. It’s just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.
